-I found that the supplemental videos related to these chapters were very relevant and provided adequate content related to the assigned chapters 6-9. I thoroughly enjoyed the "Remember the Titans" video clip as it is directly related to Tuckman's Development Model explaining the effectiveness and performance of a team. As talked about in Chapter 6 and 7, Tuckman's phases of development follow through as "Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning" Ledlow & Stephens P. 168-169). This clip is a directly related to Tuckman's model, in my opinion. The coach had the job of taking an entire team of individuals with different cultural and moral backgrounds, and used this model successfully. Also, the supplemental video "Crawl, Walk and Run," explains the time and training it takes to become an effective leader and role model for others.
